Madelyn Rigby has been one of my best friends for about ten years now. I remember when she and Jake started dating and I would dream of finding someone who fit me as perfectly as they fit each other. It was a no brainer when the two of them got married. They started their little family by bringing little Kate into their family. Kate’s story is one that will truly inspire and touch your hearts almost as much as meeting her in person does. That little girl has a big personality and an even bigger connection to the spirit and her heart. A few years after Kate they decided to add to the family by adding another girl to the mix. Poor Jake, surrounded by girls. However, I think Jake is one of the best men I know to raise daughters in the world we live in today. Little Lacey was brought into their family and with her dimples and sweetness the little Rigby family continued to be amazing! I was honored when Madelyn asked me to take some photos of Lacey when she wasn’t very old. I am NOT very confident as a newborn photographer (those who specialize in that deserve a medal!) but for someone as wonderful as Madelyn I would do my absolute best! Though Lacey and Kate are both older than these pictures (I am SO behind on blogging my images guys!) just going through them again reminded me how sweet a new baby is. My little man is about 6 months old and its surprising to me how easy it is to forget those first few weeks. Ponder this quote as you enjoy these gorgeous Rigby girls!
